After her successful career as an auditor for nonprofit organizations, Jill decided it was time to venture out on her own. She longed to design a boutique accounting firm that broke with tradition and reflected her personality and values.

Since inception in 2017, Jill has grown her team, client base and community impact exponentially, completely from referrals. A focus on quality reporting, client service and company culture has led to Four Leaf’s incredible success.

Diane Albert

Arizona is a melting pot as people from across the nation relocate here to enjoy its beauty and climate. As an Arizona native, Diane’s ability to connect with people from all walks of life creates a warm family atmosphere for our team and our clients.

Diane worked with Jenn as a client before joining the Four Leaf team. She draws from that knowledge to create a tailored customer experience. Her organizational skills are put to the test as she manages different work styles and preferences, but she does it with grace and finesse.

Nana Yaa Aboagye, MBA

Nana grew up in Ghana, West Africa. Her rich cultural heritage, centered around family and community, is the foundation for her work with nonprofit organizations. After working with Jill in nonprofit auditing, Nana became Four Leaf’s first team member.

After working with Nana for only a minute, you begin to wonder if anything can damper her bright smile. Her expertise is impeccable and her ability to make you feel like you are the only important person in the room is innate.

Sandy Guzmán, CPA

Sandy lives in vibrant Austin, TX. As the first team member outside of Arizona, Sandy has the honor of also being the beacon of growth and opportunity as the team member added at the height of the coronavirus pandemic.

Sandy’s warmth and easy Texas style create a calm and sure environment for our team and clients. However, don’t let her laid-back charm fool you. Sandy attacks her work with fierce intellect and analytical curiosity. Her background in the IT industry expands the firm’s capacity to stay on the cutting edge of the modern workplace.

Elena Tennent

Meet Elena, a sixth-generation New Mexican who has embarked on an exciting adventure, exploring the charms of small-town living in northeast Texas. With a lifelong dedication to community service and a passion for nonprofits, Elena brings a unique perspective to making a positive impact.

At an early age, Elena discovered the importance of giving back through volunteering with her family. Her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others led them to organize a remarkable event for their 18th birthday. Instead of a typical celebration, Elena rallied her friends and organized the group to volunteer at the local food pantry, spreading joy and kindness while helping those in need.

Emily Graf

Not your average Arizona Native as someone who would gladly embrace snow year-round! Emily has traveled around the United States, which has inspired her love of learning, meeting new people, and exploring nature. She is always willing to try a new hobby or learn a new skill, with her most recent endeavor in dog agility courses!

Emily brings a unique approach to accounting, client relationships, and team building that enriches the Four Leaf company culture.

Stephanie Byrd

While Steph was born in El Paso, TX, she arrived in Arizona at only 6 weeks old. She is the third team member to be added during the pandemic.

This unusual time presented Steph with a unique situation. She loves spending time with her blended family. Between her and her husband, they have 8 kids and 5 grandsons. Steph wanted to go back to work full-time while remaining available to her family. Four Leaf’s remote environment was the perfect fit.

Steph has a special outlook on her work and uses every opportunity to take in feedback and master her trade.

Jacque Hall

Jacque, deeply rooted in Arizona, became a crucial part of Four Leaf post-pandemic. Graduating in 1984 from Grand Canyon University with a business degree and performing arts minor, she shifted from a decade-long accounting career for flexibility and found her niche at Four Leaf. With strong family values and a performing arts ardor, Jacque flourishes in the remote work setup, excelling in finance and personal connections. Her fusion of financial know-how and artistic zeal has greatly enriched clients and the company, reflecting her unwavering commitment, adaptability, and pursuit of excellence.

Thuy Lam

Though Thuy (pronounced Twee) was born in Louisiana and raised in California, she thinks of herself as an Arizona native, where the beautiful sunset and wide-open spaces stole her heart. When she’s not crunching numbers, you can find her at her children’s basketball games, dance performances, and art shows. She also enjoys exploring food scenes and the great outdoors with her friends and family.

Thuy has joined Four Leaf as an Accounting Specialist and is poised to bring her expertise and experience to the firm. Her desire to serve others and the community motivates her to go above and beyond, making her a great addition to our Four Leaf family.

Angelina Ayala

Angelina, an Arizona native, has a deep appreciation for the warm summer days and the incredible opportunities her state provides. Apart from her professional commitments, she prioritizes spending quality time with her family and friends. Angelina finds joy in exploring the vibrant nightlife scene in Phoenix and loves to try out new bars with her friends. Whether it's enjoying the local music scene, discovering unique cocktails, or simply relishing the energetic atmosphere, Angelina embraces the diverse offerings of Phoenix's nightlife.

Recently, Angelina has joined Four Leaf as a Junior Accounting Specialist. She is genuinely excited to contribute her knowledge and skills to the firm. Moreover, she is eager to grow both professionally and personally within the company, taking advantage of the vast knowledge available from both the firm and its clients. The mission of Four Leaf resonates deeply with Angelina, motivating her to make a positive impact on the beautiful community she calls home. Jenn Dimeck, MBA, CNAP

After being diagnosed with a neuromuscular condition, Jenn left corporate America to start her own accounting and consulting firm. Her need to create an environment where she could flourish in the face of her illness drove her to innovations that became her competitive edge.

After merging with friend and colleague, Jill Foley, Jenn continues to innovate, creating big firm opportunities with boutique firm customer service.

As of May 2022, Jenn, our former Chief Innovation Officer, has retired from Four Leaf, and the accounting industry, to spend more time with the most important people in her life. We wish Jenn the very best.
